During the period between September 2022 to March 2023, South Pacific Commercial Aquatics Pty Ltd were engaged by Synergy Construct to undertake the design and construction of the suspended swimming pool and associated plant room at the Vibe Hotel building project at 260 Flinders Street, Adelaide.

South Pacific were engaged in the early design phase and provided invaluable knowledge and expertise throughout the design development, ultimately driving the final design solution. They were outstanding in working closely with Synergy to achieve a value for money solution whilst meeting all our client's design and performance criteria. Early engagement and presentation of detailed programming and methodologies also allowed South Pacific to contribute to the overall coordination and planning of interface work between critical path trades. This early input and participation by South Pacific was fundamental to the seamless delivery of the pool and associated plant room ahead of an extremely ambitious program.

South Pacific also displayed great attention to detail and implemented well managed systems and control measures to ensure handover of a quality product to the client.
As well as completion of a quality product within the program and budget parameters, South Pacific provided a top level of professional service and commitment throughout the project.

Subsequently, Synergy have no hesitation in recommending South Pacific for future works and wish them well on their future endeavours.
